VACANT HOME STAGING
We’ll transform your home into a space potential buyers will envision living in. We’ll meet with the Homeowner or Agent to identify specific needs for your home that will give buyers the visual you’re aiming for. In vacant home staging we provide all of the furniture, accessories and art for the home. Our basic package for this type of service covers the following rooms: Entry, Living Room, One Dining Area, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom, and All Bathrooms. This package can be customized at an additional cost per room to meet your needs.
PRE-LISTING CONSULTATION – $300
This is a consultation designed for homeowners who plan to stage and style their home themselves, but may need some guidance preparing their home to go on the market. We’ll go room by room and talk about ways to pare down or declutter, where to add in accessories, and how to restyle existing areas with what is already in the room. If recommendations have been made for minor upgrades to the home, we can make suggestions for updated lighting and paint colors. This is a one time 2-hour consultation.
INTERIOR STYLING
This is ideal for homeowners who don’t need staging furnishings, but do want hands on help with styling their home before putting it on the market. We can work directly with the client, or on our own at an hourly rate.
